Let's be honest, we can all spot a poor leader can't we? But it's not so easy to pinpoint how one becomes truly great.

For the first 15 years, I followed 'the dream'. I enjoyed a successful career in Equity Markets and Banking for one of Australia's largest Banks. Promoted young, quickly and often the only women at the table. I experienced the highs and lows of the best and worst of leaders.

Truth is, when I looked around me, I saw only a handful of leaders I'd consider role models. It struck me that the quality of our business and government leaders needed some work. 

 

So, I decided to do something about it.

Today, it's an honour and privilege to coach a new generation of senior executives to become the role models I wish I'd had.

Education is good. Application is better. Transformation is best.
